Ever since Yola was updated I am having constant problems with my site substitutebench.co.uk. First the problem with the text widget not working properly, which got a temp fix but still isnt fixed and now I have a problem with my sign up form page. The page just keeps loading, and when i delete form assembly it works fine, but when i reinsert it the same problem happens, it doesnt load so now no-one can sign up. Come on guys the update has caused me nothing but problems!!!!

Hi Craig,

I am sorry you are experiencing all these difficulties. A bug fix was done on the text widget. Can you please tell me what issues you are now experiencing with the text widget?

On your index page you have text that has been copied and pasted from Word. As you know copying and pasting directly from a program like MS Word, emails or other webpages is one of the easiest ways to destroy your site. When you copy and paste directly from these sources, there is hidden formatting in the text that can cause the page to break. Please refer to the following tutorial on how to resolve this issue - http://www.yola.com/tutorials/site-no...

I would also suggest referring to the following two threads were a user copied and pasted from Word and this has caused his page to break: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/wha... and http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/i_w...

Also, are you by any chance using Firefox 2? With the recent upgrade our text widget which means that people using old browser versions may experience some difficulty. This happens when clicking in the text widget does not bring the cursor correctly to the place that you clicked. The text widget will be selected, but the cursor may go to the beginning or end of the content in the widget.

Our recommendation is to upgrade your browser to a more recent version as support for these browsers is being withdrawn across the internet. We recommend using the latest version of Firefox and you can download it http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

You also have a CSS hack on your page. CSS hacks can break your page because it interferes with the template you are using. It also can cause problems with the rendering of the page in different browsers. I would suggest you take a look at this thread were a CSS hack was added to their site: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/hel...

You need to retype the text for "Intro" and the quote section by Jose Mourinho.

On your sign up page you are making reference to a file called style-stripped.css that does not exist.

The sign-up form loads fine for me. Once submitting the form I did notice that certain links make reference to substitutebench.yolasite.com instead of your current domain name (substitutebench.co.uk)

The CSS hack I am referring to has to with changing the styling of the body and possibly other elements. An example of this is the following from your code:
body {
behavior: url(csshover.htc);
font-size:15px;
font-family:calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}
