When will the internal server be fixed?

When I try to access editing my websites it says Internal Server Error. Then accessing my actual websites it says Websites not available. Please let me know what I can do and what will be down and how long it will take.

I am sorry to hear that you are seeing an error when you try to edit your site or access it online.  However, we are not aware of any general technical problems at this time.  We therefore need to investigate whether this is specific to your account or your local environment.  I was unable to locate your account with the information provided.  Kindly post the URL of your site or send an email to support@yola.com so that we can investigate this further.

Sorry to hear that caden. I do not see an error when loading your site in the Sitebuilder. Please go through the troubleshooting section of this tutorial and let us know if that resolves the error you are seeing.

Hi Caden,

I know this is frustrating but as we aren't able to replicate the problem we need a bit more information from you to proceed. Have you tried from an alternate computer or network? Can you send us the exact system details, browser version and type you have tested on? Also, do you have any toolbars or browser add-ons installed?
