Hello Chris,

One way to do this is for you/your operator to add the order into your store online. You would need to make sure you have another payment method for cash sent. This order will then go into the queue and will only be processed when the money arrives and you add this money as received.

The payment gateways within the store do not allow for a second person to add card details even if they give those details to you. if a customer did give you say their credit card number and verification code then this would necessarily be credited manually and the payment received through an independent system.
