Hi Elaine,

Would you mind taking before and after screenshots?

Here's how:
When you are on the screen you want to capture, press the printscreen button. The picture will be saved to your computer clipboard. After you press printscreen, open a program like Microsoft Paint, right click and paste. This should paste the screenshot and you should then be able to save it as a .jpeg file.

When you come back to this post, click on "Add an Image" at the end of the post and upload the pictures. Then we'll be able to get a better understanding of what's going wrong :)

Hi Elaine,

Thank you for the screenshot - makes it much easier!

The style you've chosen does not have a fixed layout area. This means that the content on the page will move according to the size of the screen. This is personal preference and some people prefer their sites to have this functionality.

If you change style to one that has a fixed layout area, you'll find that this won't happen (click on the "Change Style" button to see your options).

I hope that helps!

Elaine - I'll have to come back to you on that one. Will be checking with one of our developers.
