When you're happy and you know it do you show it?

Do you use the happy indicator on the GS to indicate your satisfaction with Yola?

I can ignore it for months then see it again. I ride it a little bit depending on how things are going with the building etcetera. Are the answers satisfying us, are the tools good enough, is the speed and reliability good enough? They're all relevant to my grading of Yola at anytime. How about others? I would like to know


I think it's a good indicator and something that would give a very instant feedback to Yola of how we are feeling about the product, the service our website or anything related. The other really nice thing is that you can just hit the numbers without having to describe what's good bad or indifferent. I would recommend that we do use it as our indicator of satisfaction.

It truly is labour of love Peter! LOL. Along with that all the pain, contractions, nausea, wondering when is this thing gonna end?? But, as always, it's worth it all in the end!! =)

There is another thing also. The smilies/saddies you see on the reply facility. Did you know that the mood can be quantitated as an indicator? This is a bit different to the Happy indicator and is more about the issue at hand. I think that this is really very clever of Get Satisfaction to have worked this one out.

The mood is somehow correlated with importance/satisfaction of the query you put forward. This is really all good stuff so with the package there are many ways to communicate our feelings/satisfaction on many different things. It gives Yola an indicator of the need for response and planning and in most case our contentment with the deal :).
