I started off with a Bronze package, and was interested inupgrading to silver. I read about free Google Adwords and Facebook advertising credit, so I upgraded, but now I have, all mention of the Facebook credit has vanished, it is not in my e-mails or anything..
Also, I already started my £50 adwrods credit with my bronze package, now silver gives you £75 so how do I redeem my other £25??

Thanks in advance

Hello Sarah,

Are you signed up through the GBBO program? If so, the Silver package offered through this program does not include Facebook Credits.

Furthermore, the Google Adword credits you receive with the GBBO program are only valid for new advertiser accounts. So, you will not be able to redeem them. I am sorry for the confusion.

In light of this information, you maybe wondering what Yola Silver does offer then for you! Here's a list of the features that you do have available:

  • Unlimited access to our Premium Style library to help your website stand out!

  • Premium support: includes 24/7 phone support as well as priority email support.

  • Advanced Site Analytics available in your My Yola dashboard.

  • Custom CSS editing.

  • Yola Link Removal - the Yola link at the bottom of free styles removed from all your sites.

  • Use domains purchased elsewhere and pointed to Yola to publish your site.

  • Create up to 25 sites, get 5GB of storage per site, and upload files of up to 100MB.

  • The ability to upload HTML and Javascript files.

  • A credit to make your own logo through HP Logomaker (value $50).

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

When I was paying for my Yola Silver package, a message came up on the screen that I would receive $50 Facebook ad credits. I am unable to locate those credits. Please let me know how to redeem them.

I can't find my HP Logomaker credit, either. I rechecked the Yola Silver chart and checklist, and these two credits are part of what I paid for. The way the site is laid out is abysmal, and I haven't been emailed clear info. I'm a very intelligent person, but finding information is incredibly difficult.

I rechecked my receipt from when I purchased my Silver package, and it just says I'd be getting "credits." With no information on how to find them! Any other service would link you. I'm in the "final edits" of my new site, and yet every time I edit my site, I get annoying popups with analytics and reminders to post on Facebook. I don't need this stuff! I just want what I paid for. I hate constantly posting questions and emailing support, but Yola simply does not give the customer a clear route to access what has been purchased.
