Hi cdquinn,

Could you let me know why you can't login to SynthaSite to fix your site? Can you try entering your login email and password on www.synthasite.com to access your account?

Would you mind posting a link to the page on your site so that we can check out the problem.

I have just found the same problem

The link is - http://www.photoconfident.com/currenc...

The choice tags should have seperate images monovered over them that have sysmbols of either a $ and £ on them.

Having published the site they are nowhere to be seen and the lables are blank. I just wondered if there was anything anybody could advise me with.

They did work up unitl today...

Hope you can help

thanks

Stewart

Stewart,

I can see the images your talking about. Try and refresh the published page or clear the browsers history. Perhaps your looking at a cached page.,

Hi Stewart - I've checked in Firefox on both Mac and Windows and it appears for both. Are you in a different browser perhaps? Maybe check that you have an updated version of flash? (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewC...) - not sure if that will help.

that sounds like a very likely problem - perhaps your using chrome?

Be assured that it works fine in the new versions of firefox and Internet Explorer.

Like marije says, check the version of the browser, i think its more likely to be the browser of the verison of the borwser rather than the flash verison as this is not done using flash, but you might as well check that while your on with the trouble shooting.

Lee.
