You can use Wufoo for your site. Sign up for an account at wufoo.com. While signing up for the account you would also submit an address, that address would be used to send you the filled in form!
Give me 20 minutes, coffee break. Will come back with few screenshots ;)

Hi inycxjp,

You can edit your settings in your account on that service and set it to either receive the forms there or forward them to your email.

Could you let me know which form service you're using? I'll be able to send you more information.

ts, you would need to customise the form from inside your Form Assembly account before you add it to SynthaSite.

I hope this helps.

haha - it's the default avatar for cupcakes. You can change it though, on your account settings and upload a picture of your choice.

Hi Irfan,

At the moment it is not possible to make people members of your site. Have I understood your question correctly?

Hi irfan123,

You can use Wufoo to add a form to your site. You will find the Wufoo widget in the Forms folder, which is in the "Content" sidebar at the right of you screen.

Hi, Karen,

I don't believe there is a way to do what you want with that code. Have you looked at Yola's form widget? If you would like to put a form on your site, look under the the "Forms and Appointments" section on the Widgets Sidebar at the right-hand side of the screen.

You will be able to use the Yola Form Widget where you have the option to chose a Contact Us or a Blank form. The Blank form allows you to completely customize the form. You can add and delete, rename and move the location of your form fields. For more information on adding the Yola Form Widget, please take a look at this link: If you would like to put a form on your site, look under the the "Forms and Appointments" section on the Widgets Sidebar at the right-hand side of the screen.
