Where does the information go?

on my website I put the forum widget..so if a customer has filled it out and sent it to me...and I do not receive it.. where does it go...somewhere in cyberspace?
Or is this a way to have to buy my customed email address?

on 2 of my pages on my website, when a customer orders a product and then the page goes to paypal, the description of the product is not showing up...
I sent an email the day my site was published and was told to republish again that would fix the problem..well it didn't..and then another email was sent off a week ago..and no reply?..sorry they said someone would be in touch...

So I would really appreciate this problem being addressed and fixed...

Hello I,

Forms will be directed to the mail-box you have in your form specifications. It can be any valid email address and doesn't need to be a Yola Mail address at all.

I can't imagine how many emails have accumulated in the customer support department over the extended Christmas New year break and I am very sure that they are working at full steam to help everyone who has written asking for support. That's just the way that they work. I think that they are likely to be in touch with you very soon.

Please use Gops suggestion for the first query.

In regards to your second query we will be able to assist you further. The emails received during our Holiday Break were replied to with message stating we'd be back after January 2nd and encouraging our customers to resend their emails if they did not receive a reply.

Please either send us a new email with sufficient information to locate your account so we can assist you further, or, provide your domain on this forum along with the page where we can view the PayPal widget you have added on your site. Thanks!
