What page does a GOLD paying Yola customer go to, to get the 'instant' customer service point of contact? I am finding navigations in general not very user friendly and I have been with Yola for about 1 & 1/2 years now.. thank you

Gop has given you the correct information. The problem is that in order to know that you are a Gold user we need a way to recognize you on our support system and this is done by using your email address. I noticed the email you are posting under in this forum is not tied to your Yola account, which could be why you are having difficulty. Please let us know if you still have trouble getting through using the contact methods provided.
