I want to use the Stat Counter code for tracking hits on my blog page, but I don't know where to put it. Normally, you add it after the "body" tag in the HTML, but that isn't possible on Synthasite. Somebody asked this question some time ago, and the only response he got was to use Google analytics. Some help, please?

Hi Catana,

Anything you place within your site will automatically be placed in between the body tags of your html file.

So if you have a stat code that you want to put on your site, you can simply put it in an html widget like you would for any other code.

I do it on my site and it works fine.

Also, I didn't read the other post that you were reffering to, but I thing that what the other person meant when he/she said to use Google Analytics, they were reffering to the Google Analytics widget. The site builder has a widget especially for Google Analytics, just like it has one for Google Adsense and Widgetbox etc. It's located in the content sidebar.

Using the widget is optional, an html widget would work as well.

Hope that helps.

Ask if you need more information.
