where's my website?!

Hi - i called on Friday, 1/13, to report a problem with my website -- it's saying "domain has expired". i was told there is an internal issue, but no one has contacted me. please advise asap. thank you.

Hi Pamela,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have checked your domain settings, and I can see that you made a payment to renew your domain on the 6 Dec 2011. It appears that due to a technical issue the renewal was not processed, which is why your domain was showing as expired.

We have processed the renewal for you, and your site is back online. It may take a few hours for the renewal to propagate across the internet, but I can see your site already.
