I'm very confused. Yola advertises 'award winning' support. Yola advertises a Live Chat facility. My membership is Silver, yet there is no Live Chat facility. Our business website is gone completely off line and our email has stopped working also without any explanation (despite my other websites and emails being fine). Membership is paid fully. Yola phone support is non-existent also. Just a message facility. So where's the 'award-winning' support? We're currently 'waiting' for Yola to do something about this or explain what's going on, while we are without services and losing business. It's profoundly disappointing that Yola doesn't have an appropriate support service but advertises itself as award-winning with phone service and Live Chat that doesn't exist. We continue to wait ...
