I really wish Yola would come out with a white-label version of their product. I have two uses for a product like this. I would be able to provide this product to my employees to build personal websites for themselves. I also see it being really good for resellers. I would be willing to pay a licensing fee for the white label version or I would be willing to pay per site or pay per block of sites like Yola Silver (25 sites).

I might even be willing to share in the development cost. i own a growing real estate company and want to provide our agents a product like this, and then show them what they can do with it.

I am in such need of a product like this. There are other companies, but I prefer Yola.

Hi David,

I can't say that we have definitive plans to release a private label version of Yola, but it is a popular request. For example, a private label version of Yola might include the option to upload a logo for a custom Style, administrative login features, subdomains from a primary domain other than Yola, and a custom footer. Our product road map is packed with upcoming features, and prioritization is always a balancing act. That means that I can't make any promises to provide the private label solution in the near term, but we are aware of the demand for such a service, and we will continue to explore feasibility and potential. I promise to keep you posted as we go. In the meantime, I hope that the features and value that Yola provides are proving useful in your business, and please continue to give us feedback on what we can add and improve on as we go.

Best,
Dave

Hi, any news in regards to a white label version? Yola would be the perfect choice to offer to a lot of our smaller customers.

Hi Bjorn,

Thank you for checking in. Right now there is nothing new to report on the white label product. We're prioritizing features for our core user base as described in a recent blog post: http://www.yola.com/blog/the-future-o...

We do our best to continue to keep everyone posted as we plan and launch new services.

Thank you,
Dave

Looks like Yola may miss the boat on picking up thousands of hosting companies seeking a better website builder over products like RVSitebuilder or Plesk's Site builder, as Weebly is now rolling out their site builder to web hosts like Hostmonster.

Darn shame too, cause web hosts will embrace Wix, Weebly or Yola ... or whomever come to market with an affordable white label solution.

At least one of the ,(if not more host your are refering to) are more for affiliate and one page landing zones for people who don't know how to actually make a "website". I have been to them and checked out what is offered. I also have different websites and blogs through various hosting plans, which I use such (FTP/HTTP) software as Xara Web Designer, Corel Website Creator and now trying Website X5 Evolution. However, Yola could take this road as well this would be a new direction and welcome. But as for the boat, I hope its not the Titanic.
