Would it be possible to rescue an email sent to me by "Sitebuilder" recently? I did not recognize this new format so deleted it, thinking it was "spam" as I usually receive emails from "Yola Contact Submission Received"....I would have appreciated some notification of this change. I was notified by my email server that it was "junk" mail and should I accept - which I didn't, of course, because I didn't recognize the sender.

Hello PuppyLuv Dog Care

Yola hasn't changed anything about the form submissions as far as I know. I've sent you a test message from Yola Support. Can you please check if you received it and let me know what it says for the sender?

It's most likely that you received SPAM. Your contact form is currently not protected against spam because the Captcha feature hasn't been added to it. If you add that feature, you can reduce/avoid spam because the form can only be sent if the sender can read and enter the required words which will display.

Also, your e-mail address has been added to your Contact us page. This way your e-mail is readable by spambots and can be abused to send you unwanted e-mails. That's why we offer the Form Widget. The point is to not display one's e-mail address because you require visitors to fill out your form instead of using your e-mail address.

If you still want to display your e-mail address, you can do that by taking a screenshot of it and adding it as a picture to your page. The only drawback is that visitors will not be able to highlight and copy it directly from your page.

I need to correct myself: We have indeed changed the sender of the form submission e-mails. I'm sorry that we missed to inform users about this change as we did not anticipate that this would create any problems. Can you please make sure that our form submission e-mails will not get marked as spam in your e-mail programme?
