why am I being charged? i'm extremely unhappy!!!

domain/website/subscriptions all CANCELED! Bank account still being charged, why?! my husband started rocknrolandrecords.com that website in no longer valid. the email he was using before is also not valid. but for two years I'm being charged monthly and this month I was charged TWICE! I can't get any answers there's no one to call, you just get directed to the forum, live chat or email. but no one answers those either. I need YOLA to stop taking money from me for nothing and I need that money refunded NOW!!!

You can certainly get answers via email, our forum, and live chat.  You can also request a phone call if necessary.  I am available to answer you right now.  We have a cancellation process for our subscriptions that we can assist you with.  However, I am currently unable to locate any account or support history for you.  The domain you posted doesn't come up on our system and I was also unable to find a record of any support requests from your email address.
