On 30 October 2017 I was debited $29.90 - transaction number dd74780706d54695abd31937d05de24a and $19.90 - transaction number 39fd42494f044debb169593267e6068c. The ammount on my credit card statement reflects 434.79 ZAR and 289.37 ZAR.
That was for "Renew domain: lighuisonline.org" and "Registration information privacy for lighuisonline.org"
On both invoices that I reiceived from Yola it states that the payment was received for period of 2 years - until 14 November 2019 with my next billing date 30 October 2019.
5 Days ago (on 29 November) I received an email from Yola stating the following:

Your website could be down, because your Yola Bronze subscription has expired.

Your Yola Bronze account expired on 2017-11-14, and your account has been downgraded. To get your site(s) back online, you can sign up for a Yola Bronze subscription or have a limited website using our free service.

My question is: Why did I pay ZAR 724.19 on 30 October, received confirmation of payments received, and now my website is down??
