Why you make the cancellation of this service very difficult and why you have charged when I informed you many times that I dont use your services, and that I need to cancel it.  Why you went to take almost 100 pounds from my account, why it is impossible to have a normal conversation with someone from your company, why are all the responses automated, robotic... you are dealing with human beings and not machines.

I hope you find it in your hearts to apologies and to refund me as I DO NOT USE YOUR SERVICES and I have for many months tried to cancel it.  Maybe for you 100 pounds is not a lot but for me and my two kids is how we live month by month.

I need answers... I will continue writing to you until I get some answers...

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling you're not being helped with your cancellation request. I'd really like to investigate this, but I don't have any information of you that would help me locate your Yola account. The e-mail address you use for this forum is not registered in our system. Did you contact us via e-mail? I can't find any e-mail from you under that e-mail address, either.

For cancelling a Yola account, all we need is an e-mail sent from your login e-mail address, so we can connect you with your Yola account and assist you further. Domains can even be cancelled from your My Yola dashboard. We don't force customers to stay with us if they don't wish to use Yola any more. If you provide me with your domain name, or send us your request via e-mail, making sure using your login e-mail address, we'll be happy to assist you further.
