why advanced payment before expire date, next year change earlier? :(

Today I continued Bronze package with u 11/06/2012. Email noticed was sent me expiring date on Jul 2012 mean i advance continued with u earlier Right? But i noticed email u sent back to confirmation, expire date on next time has been chang to early to Jun2013 insteald with Jul2013. Meaning this round paid on 2012 i using only 11 mth and next payment on 2013 i have to pay u on Jun2013 better advance for full 12 mth, Collect?

Hi toucharin,

I suggest that you pay both the Bronze hosting package and the Domain renewal exactly on the day your domain expires. This will mean that there will be no chance of an accounts mistake taking one month of your subscription entitlement away. If you pay it today, for example, I think that what may happen is that your domain will be renewed immediately or your Bronze will be renewed immediately then you will possibly lose one month of one of your subscription entitlements.

So to make sure, pay it one or two days before the expiry of your domain. Please make sure you pay both the Bronze subscription and the domain subscription as now these two are separate items whereas before they were bundled together. The price for this year (maybe not next year) for the two items is generally the same price as the sum of your previous Bronze plan plus the cost of your last year's renewal of your domain.

I don't think that Yola realise that for people in countries like SE Asian countries , the price of a Bronze Yola plan plus a domain is more than 3 days wages for average income earners in Thailand. More for Lao and Vietnam people. About two days for average income in Malaysia, so losing a month off a subscription is quite expensive for many people. (eg: Teachers with the Ministry of Education, Doctors with the Ministry of health only receive 10,000-15,000 Baht a month salary as a basic income. Guaranteed wage is only 300 Baht a day, many small businesses are close to this figure of profit also. Very successful businesses wouldn't be buying Yola themselves they would contract this out to a professional website maker.)

In our system I can see that you successfully renewed Yola Bronze and it will only expire on 9 July 2013. Is that the expiry date you are expecting?
