I am being asked to purchase a bronze plan when I already have a domain purchased through Yola which doesn't expire until Aug. 2013. My website is no longer posting because of this, will someone please help me with this issue.
In our system I can see that you used to have a Yola Bronze package which has expired. This is why your website went offline. In order to get your website back online, you will need to renew your Yola Bronze package. Please log into your account, click on the "Account" link in the left-hand side menu, and click on "Renew" next to your package.
