Why am I being billed for private registration when I did not opt in for it before.

Is this a ploy by Yola to slyly get more revenue? There is no way to contact Yola directly with these type questions or even to challenge the charge. Makes me wonder if I made the right decision to go with Yola?

Why am I being billed for private registration when I did not opt in for it before?

Communicating in this way about an issue of this nature really sucks. Gotta be a better way!

You can most definitely contact us directly with your questions about this or any other aspect of our service, either via the phone or email. However, I searched our support software and did not find any recent requests from the address associated with your Yola account. If you tried to contact us and your email bounced or you were not able to get through to us by phone, please let us know so that we can investigate.

You should only be billed for domain privacy if you opted in for it at the time that you purchased your domain. One of our support team will reach out to you directly do discuss this with you.
