Why does everyone avoid answering the question about REFUNDS for new accounts hosted by Yola domains to transferred to another host?

Then I sat up late hoping you would get back to me so I could help you. I was totally disappointed!

I must say I am also feeling a little ripped off at this point. Ripped off because I invested my time and energy and an offer of help, and you can't take the time to have a decent conversation with me.

Instead you keep creating new posts complaining about how "ripped off" you are.

Let's get real, why don't we? Customer service doesn't come much better than this. So take some sound advice and make use of the offer being made to you. I am here. I am waiting. I can help!

Until you take me up on that offer and follow through with the troubleshooting, please do not create any new threads, or we will have to start treating them as spam.
