Why aren't I silver?

Hi there:)
I have just been up loading my first products into my shop..and am trying to work on my website pages and going mobile but my upgrade to silver/premium doesn't seem to have worked and my package is still showing as Bronze.
Any ideas?

Hello Julia

According to our system you just purchased Yola Online Store, not Yola Silver. If you already have Yola Bronze, Yola Silver will not be included in a Yola Online Store purchase. However, you were able to buy Yola Online Store at a discounted price (50%) as a Yola Bronze user. If you'd like to have Yola Silver, you will need to upgrade, and as a Yola Bronze user you will get a discount on a Yola Silver upgrade as well.
