Why can i no longer access my online store now i upgraded to silver?

Hi. I cannot seem to access my online store data. It was loading up fine yesterday and last night i upgraded to silver and now the store does not seem to work anymore. I realise the online store is an additional application, which i was paying for also, and now i have upgraded and spent a lot of money on yola its stopped working. please help.

Hello Kerry,

Can you check that your Online Store subscription is still carrying through on the Yola account records. It should show in My Yola.

If it is showing then I think the best thing to do would be to try it again and if unsuccessful, try clearing your browser's cache and retry.
