Why can I not upgrade to silver?

Is the error message I get I am always getting when I am trying to upgrade my account to silver - my domain name is www.forcible.co.uk. Does anyone know why I am getting this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Mark,

Could you let me know which steps you are taking when you receive this error?

I have tested upgrading to Silver in your account and could reach the payment page successfully. These are the steps I took:

1. Login to your Yola account.
2. Click "Account" on the left-hand menu.
3. Click the "Upgrade to Silver now" button at the bottom of the page.
4. Follow the steps to make your payment and upgrade to Yola Silver.

Having the same issue, {'channel_error': u'Basket started with product (sku=40000062,type=gxbo_silver_bundle) not compatible with this channel (name=upgrade_to_silver,allowed_types=silver_bundle)', 'error': 'channel_error'}

Using latest build of IE, clicking on upgrade to silver, splash screen pops up with hosting packages displayed, select silver @ $9.99 a year 'get silver' after a few seconds and a Yola icon timer the above error is displayed...

This happened to me last year when Silver was on offer, i got bored with trying in the end and gave up...

Hello Colin

Can you please provide your domain name or e-mail address associated with your Yola account? This would enable us to track your Yola account and check.

Which operating system and version are you using? When you say IE, are you using IE9? Yola only supports IE8 and IE9.
