I have checked your DNS settings for help.time-to-chat.info and I see that it only has one A Record pointed correctly at Yola. So you will need to log in to your domain registrar and add another A Record. Both A Records must point to the Yola IP Address, 188.8.131.52.
Please allow a few hours for these changes to take effect. If you have done this correctly, you will be able to publish your site.
