Hello portiz777,

You can add an MP3 file to your site by dragging a 'MP3 Player' widget from the multimedia section onto your site. Then click 'Upload New MP3'.

When you have done this publish your site and your music should play when the player is clicked.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Thanks for your message. While I am not too familiar with web audio plus and impact web audio software I did do some investigating and it appears that after recording your audio file, they will provide you a code to embed on your website. Here are the instructions I have found for Web Audio Plus:

1) Use the microphone in your computer, and record the file. You can make it as long or short as you like, there’s no limit!

2) Upload the sound file it creates to your server (you own the file, not a third party)

3) Cut and paste the code that Web Audio Plus creates for you. It does the work, and it only takes a few seconds to cut and paste the code that IT creates for you onto your web page.

You can certainly click and drag an HTML widget to your site and embed the code provided into the HTML box. Simply 'save' and 'republish' your site after you have the files on your page.

Please let us know if you need further assistance!

Kind Regards,
Brianna

hi Brianna, thank you. i will re-do the steps, i should have mentioned that previously sorry. i'm supposed to upload a flash player file of some sort too, but it doesn't work nor appear correctly. i am able to do this on my own .ws site and it looks and sounds great but for some reason can't on yola. so i'm going to try 'john''s method and see if that works. then i'll re-do these you've posted. Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for the update. As I said earlier, I have absolutely no training with Web Audio Plus, but, as John described, we do have a fantastic audio widget right in the sitebuilder. Certainly try both options out to find what works best for you. Please do not hesitate sharing the outcome or any struggles you encounter.

We are glad to assist you!

Cheers,
Brianna
