Working on recreating this site: www.tenpins-more.com The home page has several "tabs" (hate 'em!) that I'd like to recreate as a submenu on the home page - can't do it though. Using the "Super Flat" template (at the moment). Suggestions?

Hello Caitlin,

The submenu facility works on the superflat style and I just ran it through to check. Tutorial: Creating Submenus and look at the sub-section: Decide on your site navigation layout for an outline of the process.

If this isn't/doesn't work you may like to publish your site to a yola sub-domain and advise us of the sub-domain name. Should be able to inspect it remotely.

Hi Gop - I did read that section carefully and I see that I can add submenus to any page EXCEPT (emphasis, not shouting) the home page, where I want to have several sections like (but NOT like) the ugly tabs on the current site.

Hi Caitlin,

Submenus can absolutely be used on the homepage and I'm curious to understand why you feel like they can't be. On Superflat they actually function as a flyover menu which you can see on this Super Flat website pictured below. You can also test out our new button widget to create buttons that might suit your needs as well. Let us know if you need help with this!
