Why can't i create a yola mail inbox

I have purchased the yola mail upgrade on my account and every time i try to create an email address it pops up a message saying it cannot do it and to try later. I have left it 24 hours but it still says the same thing.

The account I found under danielthowes@gmail.com in our system is a GBBO account (Get British Business Online). Unfortunately participants of the GBBO programme cannot use Yola Mail, and you shouldn't see an option to get Yola Mail in your GBBO account. GBBO users can use Google Apps to set up custom e-mail addresses: Setting up e-mail with Google Apps.

If you are talking about a different Yola account, please post your login e-mail address here (no passwords) for us to be able to check your account. Thanks.

Hi Stefan,

Since opening that account i have since purchased a second domain name, which is what i purchased the yola mail for. My GBBO account domain was www.loveyourplace.co.uk and the one i purchased was www.loveyourmemories.co.uk

I also upgraded the free account to the silver package i believe.

So if i cannot use yola mail with my new domain, how do i go about getting a refund for it.

I have checked your account and can confirm that you bought the domain http://www.loveyourmemories.co.uk/ and Yola Mail together. I'm afraid that this was a technical error – you shoudn't have been offerred to buy Yola Mail because it is not available for GBBO. Sorry, our fault.

Our payment team will refund you for Yola Mail shortly.

Daniel, could you please let us know which flow you used to buy your domain with Yola Mail? Did you buy it from Sitebuilder or from your My Yola dashboard? If you remember that, it would help us to correct this error. Thanks.

I bought it when i bought the new domain name, so it would have originated from my Dashboard, by clicking My Yola, then add another custom domain, then going through the selection process for purchase it offered me yola mail for that domain.

I have however seen the offer for yola domain in My Yola Dashboard before this.

Hi Dan

Do you mean "Yola Mail" instead of "Yola domain" in your last sentence? So are you saying that Yola Mail has been advertised to you on your My Yola dashboard, it's that spot at the top right?
