why can't i log onto my online store.

when I click online store it takes me to the page where i can edit the page. I click on the red edit page button on the bottom of page and then I can not get connected to edit my page. Why

Hi Christopher,

That button seems a bit dodgy. Try going to Advanced Options at the Lower Right Hand side and navigating from there.

I can not edit my pages I can get to my yola page and online store but can not edit or even advance editing won't work

You are entitled to 24 hour support via email as a Yola Silver Member. Our call center hours are listed here.

I was able to access the Sitebuilder for giftsnthingscjt.com. Have you tried the troubleshooting tips here?

i am not having trouble with the sitebuilder. What I am having trouble with is the following my.yolastore.com
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at my.yolastore.com.
Here is the step by step what I am doing.
1.going to yola.com
2.click on "go to my yola" it takes me to the Welcome page.
3. I click the "online store" icon under the "site traffic" icon it takes me to the product list page. at the bottom of the page I see the following"
add/edit page
edit categories
edit tax rules
edit shipping rules
edit payment gateways
and finally the advance options

I try to click on these icons and i get the above notice about not able to connect to my.yolastore.com page.

I wonder if the site is having issues and can you fix them for me?

I think you are right I'm seeing a bizarre error caught here:



This is an Ecwid issue as it is coming from the store and not the yola builder as such.

I was able to access your Yola Online Store control panel. I can view your products and see your Store on your website. Are you still having difficulty accessing it?
