Why can't I publish my site?

I've having a issue getting my site to publish. My site, www.journeyoflifecoaching.com is loading, but in the builder when I push the 'publish button' it just just keeps loading. I need to update my site, so reflect some new specials. I've cleared my catche, I've tried different browsers. Nothing seems to be helping

Hello Matt. I am sorry to hear this is happening to you. Can you post the following information:

- Your browser

- All the browsers you tried

- Your OS (i.e. Mac)

Also, can you try the following:

- Update Java on your Computer

- Update Flash on your Computer

- Try publishing other sites in your account

- Try logging out and then back in

If any of this works let me know.

- Your browser:
Chrome

- All the browsers you tried:
FireFox

- Your OS (i.e. Mac)
Windows-Vista

Also, can you try the following:

- Update Java on your Computer
Updated yesterday

- Update Flash on your Computer
Updated it yesterday

- Try publishing other sites in your account
No other sites that I use, but I did create a test one to try to publish, same issue coming up.

- Try logging out and then back in

I've tried this and tried on a different computer

Hello, thanks for this information. I use Google Chrome also. Is your Google Chrome up-to-date? Just click on the options icon and select "About Google Chrome" it will tell you if it is updated. I tried it myself and I cannot replicate this issue. Have you tried another computer on a different network (internet connection)?

Yes Google chrome is updated yesterday also. Looking back I did alot of updating yesterday lol. Its such a weird issue, it feels like the site is stuck. I've used the same computer set up on yola with no issues since I launched my new website early this year.

I have no tired to internet connection, once I have a chance to use one I'll try that! I'm going to try running CCcleaner, spyware and virus. See if that helps at all.

Ok, I see now. Have you tried Unpublishing your website and then republishing it? Click the little arrow on the green publish button for options and click publishing settings. Unpublish it and then you can republish it to see if that helps.

I just tried that, issue still there and now my website is totally down, it won't republish for some reason.

Oh no. I am very sorry about this Matt. What do you see when you click the publish button now? Instead of clicking the green publish button try clicking the arrow and click Publishing settings and click Publish your site. If that does not work please let me know.

Hi Nathan, the same loading thing comes up, I tried clicking on 'get a custom domain' link, just to see and the loading issue happens there also. I've tried the publishing setting route, the same issue happens

Seriously weird, tonight only, but I haven't had the update anything in about a month. When I first logged in, I couldn't get to the editing part of thing, that was stuck on loading. I cleared out my browser and that problem was gone.

You got my full permission. My friend got the website up, My friend got my website published, with a lot of issues. Similar issues to me, but it eventually let her get in and update.

Hello Matt,

I republished your site and was not able to see the same problem on your side.

If you could let us know whether your friend also experienced the same issue as you, that would help us understand whether the problem lies with Yola or possibly a setting on your system.

She has some similar issues, but was able to get it published. I'm trying to find the source problem on my side.

Glad to hear that it works a little bit better! Can you recall if you've added any software to your setup since you last used Yola? If you've got a new anti-virus or firewall, this could be affecting publishing and you could try disabling it temporarily to see whether that makes a difference.

Hi Marije,

I disabled all software to test, it didn't help. I logged in just now, and I was able to publish... same set up, no new changes. I have no idea of the cause, glad its working again
