Why can't I purchase a premium site template anymore?

Has Yola changed their site settings? I am trying to purchase an individual premium website template but am unable unless I upgrade to the Yola silver plan, which I don't want to do. Are we no longer able to simply purchase a premium template if we want???

Hi Dnett, I know on Yola Silver there is now unlimited premium templates for free if you have Yola Silver. But I don't know why it wont let you buy one on Yola Free. I didn't here anything about this.

I hope this can be resolved soon for you.

There has been a change to our product offering. Premium Styles are now available only with the Yola Silver package and as Nathan mentioned, they are now unlimited with that plan. This change came about as we feel it is a better fit for Yola's subscription model.

  • Advanced Site Analytics available in your My Yola dashboard.

  • Custom CSS editing (coming early 2011).

  • Submenus (coming during March 2011).

  • Yola Link Removal -- the Yola link at the bottom of free styles removed from all your sites.

  • Create up to 25 sites, get 5GB of storage per site, and upload files of up to 100MB.

We had already purchased a template and paid for it - do we not get a discount off the premium annual fee as that's unfair. Please advise.

If you have already purchased a premium template, it will stay on your Yola account for the length that you have your account for. If you decide to upgrade to Yola Silver, you will have the opportunity to have unlimited access to all of the styles: free and premium! While you will not receive a discount for the style you have already purchased, an upgrade to Silver will get you all of the fantastic features that Laura has listed above for an annual fee of $99.95. We are proud of this great deal we can offer to our customers!

This is pretty rotten. I designed my entire site around a template I loved and now can't purchase it. It's for an organization, we don't make $99.95 a year. I have told everyone I know how wonderful Yola is and sent so many colleagues there and now this. Extremely disappointing.

I purchased my Premium Style back when you could. Since then I modified my business name and have a new matching domain name. Nothing else has changed. When I went to update this with Yola, was informed I would now have to make yet another (silver package) purchase! This is disheartening. At the moment my website is UNAVAILABLE online and this is a problem. PLEASE HELP. I have already sent an email to support as well. Thanks! Maria

Thank you for your message. I did recently reply to your email on support. Since our correspondence will include discussing personal information; email address, domain, etc., if you could respond to the email, that would be great!
