Hi there Yael.ruhman,

Would you be able to share your domain name with us so we can help you further?

After you have pointed your domain to your Yola site you have to then publish your site to your domain. Have you done this?

I have published my site to my domain - the thing is I believe I might be missing a hosting program... could this be the problem? I assumed yola would be hosting - do I need to buy hosting?

Yola would be your host so you are OK there if you have pointed your domain correctly to Yola then published your site.....Can you post your URL (domain name) as Jeremy asked?

When you said transfer did you ask them to transfer the domain to Yola? I still see it as domain.com as the registrar with you as the owner.

Hello,
I have taken a look at your domain settings and see that you have an A Record set up for the non www version of your site, but you need to have two of them set up, one for the www version, and one for the non www version.

You need to have one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www". Both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172. If you require assistance with this, your domain registrar should be able to assist you.

Hi everyone!! First and foremost, thank you all so much. That being said - does any of you know how the other a record should be constructed? :-)

Hi Yael - usually you have one with the hostname "www" and one with the hostname "@" or "*". Both A records should point to 208.75.208.172 - you should do this regardless of which domain you want as primary. However, it depends on your domain registrar and we recommend that you contact them if you need help setting up your domain.
