Why can't I upload images in my sitebuilder?

I have tried using FireFox and IE. In FireFox after I click the upload button the box will open for me to chose files from my computer, then it just vanishes before I can ever select a file. In IE, after I select the file, it just shows a big white box with a gray line through the center and the file never uploads.

Hi Wjo394,

I am sorry you are having this problem. We are currently looking into this issue though at the moment it seems to be intermittant.

Could you please go to http://supportdetails.com/ and copy what you see there in a reply to this thread so we can better understand the system you are using?

Many thanks for working with us on this.

Hey, I just tried Google Chrome and the upload worked, at least this time, lol. I really with I could get it to work with FireFox though.

Hello wjo394,

We're glad to hear that Google Chrome has done the trick. You stated that you want to use Firefox, can you please let us know what version of Firefox you are using? Perhaps you can try rolling back to an earlier version to see if that helps at all?

Hi Mior Azrai,

If you are experiencing a problem only on your PC, but not on any other PCs then it is a good idea to follow these steps to diagnose what the problem is:

1. What browser and browser version are you using? Please make sure you are running the latest version of your browser.
2. What operating system are you using?
3. Check what version of Flash you have installed. In order to find out click this link. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Flash. We have found that if you uninstall and then reinstall Flash that can solve the problem.
4. Please can you try logging out of your Yola account and clearing your browser's cache (this link has more information: http://www.google.com/support/account....
5. Please can you make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies from Yola (this link has more information: http://www.google.com/support/websear....

I hope this helps!

Hi Mior,

From what I can see, that message is from an external application or process that is running on your PC. I can advise taking a look at forums such as this one, http://forums.iis.net/t/1146747.aspx, as they may be helpful to you.

Could you let us know what steps you are following when you receive that error?
