I am very sorry that you had this experience. If you signed up via the Canada GYBO online, and registered a .ca domain you most certainly should not have been charged! Please note that you would have needed to use a Canadian credit card to verify that you are a Canadian resident. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org and forward the receipt for the amount that you were charged and we will sort this out for you as soon as possible. We would also like to get to the bottom of the problem so that it doesn't happen to anyone else!
