Why did the Unlimited Pages Change?

I been using Yola for a while, and then I stopped to use Webs, because Yola didn't have the ability to let members join your website. So if you could add a "sign up" system, that would be better.

Then today, I came back to build a website that I couldn't build on Webs, because I needed unlimited pages. So I started to create a few basic pages I needed, when it said "You can't have more than three pages."

No offense, but this isn't the Yola I used to know. I miss unlimited pages. You can't do anything with three pages. You just can't.

I know many people who would rather use Webs or Wix because of this reason.

Unlimited pages would be nice and a sign up system if possible would be nice, even if everything else costs money. But at least, unlimited pages. Please. Enough to build a website, because it will increase your popularity A LOT.

Hi wurmpsdatspike,

The ability to add membership services was evaluated in detail last year and we opted to place our focus on other aspects of the Sitebuilder. The topic has recently resurfaced and it is something we are still considering but I can't confirm if this is a direction we will choose to go in the near future.

What I can tell you is that we have no intention of removing our page limit for Yola Free members. We believe 3 pages does suffice to get a feel for what the Sitebuilder has to offer and if you need more than that, we encourage you to sign up for any of our paid hosting subscriptions at which time, you will have unlimited pages again.
