The reason you are seeing Picnik in Japanese is because of where you live. Here is what you can do to change that.
1) Go directly to Picnik.com
2) In the footer of their website you will see a list of languages that you can click on - when you select a different language to the default for your location, their site shows in the new language. See the screenshot for the link you need to click on.
3) Log into SynthaSite and use Picnik as normal. It should now load in the language you selected on the Picnik website.
