Why does it take yola so lonng to respond to problems so many people with problems and they don't seem to care. In there words (The help you need,
whenever you need it.) If so why have i had no reply to my posts thanks yola your really doing a great job LOL
We do our best to respond to all queries within 24 hours. I noticed that you posted your first one 4 hours ago. I agree that waiting 4 hours is frustrating when you have an urgent problem and I assure you that our team is working as fast as they can to help as many people as possible.
Not that it is any excuse, but I would like to mention that we are experiencing an extremely high volume of calls and emails at the moment due to the problem with newly registered domains. I am sure you have noticed the high number of complaints about this. The problem is that the service that provides DNS for our domains (UltraDNS) is not responding. Our engineers and UltraDNS are working flat out to try to resolve this. In the meantime we are running a special script to fix the broken domains and manually fixing as many as we can.
We have now done this for your domain and your site should be up and running.
Far from not caring, we are extremely concerned about the problem that is negatively affecting a large number of our valued customers. We will do all we can to have a fix in place as soon as possible as well as doing all in our power to prevent it from happening again.
