Hi dolled85

We would like to help, but need more details. What is your website's address? Please tell us the error message your clients are seeing when they try to pay from your site.

You may want to contact PayPal's Help Center for more assistance with this problem as they will have more in-depth knowledge about their product.

Let us know if more information so we can assist you further.

Thank you
Nazlie

Honestly you really should be on the telephone with PayPal to work this out.

I have this same problem...I just opened my online store and my mother-in-law wanted to buy a few items last night and she said it wouldn't let her process further...I called Paypal immediately, and the Rep told me there was nothing wrong on my account. I said ok...but they wanted me to have my mother-in-law call them to see why it wasn't going thru with her card...so I called again this morning to speak to another Rep to make sure everything was clear on my account once more...The Rep said everything looks fine on my account, but to check with Yola to see if there was any issues on Yola's end...I sent a email to Yola support(still waiting for reply)...I read a lot of the different paypal problems and It just frustrates me because as I mentioned earlier, I've been working hard and I just opened my store and I don't want my clients having any issues with purchasing on my site...I definitely don't want to lose any customers either because of this...After reading other problems, I feel like I would have to do my whole shopping cart over even if it means using a different shopping cart method...

My handcrafted jewelry store is www.finishingtouchesbytc.yolasite.com... would appreciate any advice right now...just trying to stay optimistic, Thanks!!!!

I used PayPal for several years and never had this problem . . . Try adding an item for a dollar and make a test purchase yourself on your own card.

Hope this works...At least then you know PayPal on your site is working.
I just remembered I did have this problem once with a customer trying to make a purchase from the UK (I am in the USA) . No matter what card she tried it would not work.I ended up using Google Checkout and her purchase went through.
