Why doesn't private registration show up on the confirmation email?

I purchased a domain with private registration today. The receipt that was emailed to me correctly shows that I paid for the private registration with my domain purchase ($19.95 + $9.95 = $29.90); however, the confirmation email that followed from Yola indicates that I did not purchase the private registration (total cost = $19.95). How can I make sure that I am actually getting the private registration that I paid for and that someone hasn't run off for a wild vacation to Tahiti with my $9.95?

Unfortunately we are experiencing a bug with our domain purchase confirmation emails - feel free to post your URL here so that we can double-check that domain privacy was purchased. Or you can check by looking up your domain on this link: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois....

Please come back to us if domain privacy has not been enabled and we will fix the problem (we certainly won't go off on a wild vacation to Tahiti!)
