Why doesn't the eCommerce setup recognize that I have added products?

In Yola eCommerce setup, it will not allow me to continue until I add products. I have added 5 products, but it is still showing that I have not added any. Not sure how to move on in the setup.

I have enabled all my products, added prices, pictures and categories. And I have tried refreshing several times, even closing Internet Explorer and reopening. The inital Setup Wizard thing still is not working.

Hello Beth,

It is important to Save after each addition. Sometimes this button may not be visible and requires that you scroll up a little after each addition.

You have mentioned that you have refreshed your browser and I presume this is the same as Clearing your Browser cache as this can clear many issues with the sitebuilder.

When I open up your eCommerce page in your My Yola, I'm directly taken to step 2 for setting up a payment method. When I check step 1, it says that 5 products have successfully been added, so this step should be done, and you should see the same step/page as I do.

Please clear your browser's cache and cookies, or use a different browser to check if you can go on there. If not, please let us know, and we will investigate further.

Thanks, I did get to Step 2. There was just about a 40 min delay until it showed that I had products. If it comes up next time, I will try clearing the cache and cookies.
