Why does the site take so long to display the updated content after we publish it? Shouldn't it update right away? We are considering purchasing a paid account with Yola, but if delayed update is part of the service, it will hinder our choice.

The site should update immediately, or almost immediately when published. When you say it takes "a long time" can you give us some indication of what you mean by this?

The most common reason for a delay is caching, either in your browser or at ISP level. If it is a browser issue, clearing your cache causes the latest changes to appear. It also means that although there may be a delay for you, others see the changes immediately.

Please get back to us and let us know if clearing cache resolves the problem. If not, give us a little more information about what latest changes are not showing and how long it has been since you published so that we can investigate further.

You have a really great looking site! I can see why real time updates would be critical for a tutoring site, and this is certainly what we aim to provide. I hope we can get to the bottom of this so that you can upgrade your account with confidence!
