How much longer until we can get a sign up and login system for our websites i mean my site called http://marsbars.yolasite.com clearly needs a system like that. I mean if yola was able to create a sign up and login system why cant we use that sites system. I mean ive been waiting a long time to acually see this feature. Yet its not here. Heaps of people want it heaps need it and thats why I want to see it. It really will boost everyones site.I would also like to have a free feature to get more traffic for my site without paying. Currently get about 20-35 a week and 0-8 a day

Hello Lachlan,

Thank you for your post and interest in adding this feature to the Yola toolset. While it's not on our immediate roadmap for development, it is a feature that is often requested.

Would you mind posting more information on what you would like this feature to be able to do? Once visitors to your site have created an account, what would you like them to be able to do on your site in the account?

Well I would like them to be able to goto the members page (Which ill make soon enough) and theyll get the username and password for the requirements page. Buy things and be able to meat others explore more features of the site and (i might be making membership) buy memberships for some games exclusive news from pitstopboss and more news from motorsport and be able to know when (if we do) have competitions for special days or days that have new features. They will also test the new features. They will be a be able to do lots more when they sign up and can login and even more when they sign up to the membership.
P.S memberships and features i talked about are in the making

Hi Lachlan

Thanks for giving us more details about how you would like to use the membership login. As Marije has explained, this feature is not in our immediate development future.

In the interim, you may want to try using Password Protection to allow your visitors access to restricted parts of your site. Here is a link to the tutorial: Adding Password Protection.

If you would like to have a membership feature on your site, you may want to try out Google Friend Connect.

I hope that these suggested options can work on your site for the time being. If you have any more questions or comments, please let us know.

Happy Sitebuilding!

Hi, this is kind of an old topid but I just want to say I use authpro.com and all you need to do is add a link to your site to the login you can make with authpro. This is what you can do with authpro if you pay for it:
