Why have I been billed twice?

I was billed on the 1st september for my yola domain which was fine- i made the payment. Now today I received a 'thank you for your order' email from yola stating that they have billed me for the same account despite the fact that my auto renew isn't due for another year! why have i been billed twice in the same year? i just made payment in september and now they've taken money out again- it makes no sense! i tried calling yola but the international numbers do not work! can someone from yola reply to me asap.
