Yola does not take money from any customer's bank account without their consent. When you purchase our products, you will be informed on check-out about our auto-billing and cancellation policy to which you agree by making your purchase.

As I couldn't find your e-mail address in our system and we can't handle account-related requests on our Community Support Forum, please send us your request again via e-mail, using our Contact Support Form. Please make sure to use your login e-mail address to your Yola account and to choose the subject "Difficulty paying or checking-out". If you'd like to cancel your Yola subscriptions, we'll let you know how to proceed from there. Thank you.

I have just had the same problem with Yola, don't even knowingly hold an account with them, never gave any account /  card details for any payments yet this week money has been taken from my account to Yola, I can't use the contact form as I don't have an email address registered with Yola, how do I talk to someone?
