why I can get my .co.uk even i've put my CC details?

I've tryed lots of time to get register my cantinaelpaso.co.uk via yola. still says problem with form. CC details are checked and currect. still the problem continues.

please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble claiming your domain. When you use your credit card, do you receive an error message? If you close the error message dialog box, it should highlight the field that is causing the problem. Does it do this for you? Could you please ensure that your address and card details match what is on record at your bank.

If you choose to upgrade to Yola Silver for £4.99 you will also be able to use PayPal as a payment option. Please see this link for more information: PayPal.

Are you using Internet Explorer? We are trying to find out if there is a bug with the payment screens for people using IE. You can try using another browser like Firefox to make your purchase (here is a link to download Firefox).

Hi I'm still finding the difficulty to register the co.uk

There was a problem with your form.
This transaction cannot be processed. and CC number and scs part get hilighted.

I've used even my dad's card and my friends CC too still says the same thing. I am trying to register www.cantinaelpaso.co.uk

Please help this problem been draged too far now. unfortuantly there is NO help at Customer support at Cape Town's yola support. please give me anohter number or best time to speck that number you've provided. Or if you can call me at 07718997213 - today after 15:00 or any other day any time.
