Guys, I own the domain www.meusquitutes.com.br . I created the "A" Record with the IP 184.72.229.176 at Registro.br Domain Company in Brazil. Then I noted that the domain I own started to show the page "Your domain is pointing to Yola! Now you just need to publish your site and you're done!"
However when I try to Publish My website on Yola I receive the message " Your website could be published due to a DNS problem. The problem might be: None "A" Register was found for "meusquitutes.com.br".
Could you please clarufy this for me ? Thank you very much.

Hi Camila,

When looking at your domain information, I see that you have one A Record pointed to Yola's IP address:

Please make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:

* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 184.72.229.176

Cheers,
Brianna

Hi Brianna,
I do understand your tips but I couldnt find the right place to set it.
Please have a loot at the Record Configuration screen I see. How should I fill those fields? "@" is not accepted on the first blank field. Thanks a Lot!

Hello Camilla

Will it let you leave the field blank? If so, please try that and then add the 184.72.229.176 in the Dados field. Please let us know how this goes!
