In a Custom Panel widget via Firefox I have 7 tabs when I open Edit, but in IE8 I only have 5 ! - No Corners and no Shadow.
So when published, if viewed in Firefox this site image is rounded with a shadow, whilst in IE8 the image is not the same, - has sharp corners, & no shadow.
This is the inherent difference between IE and FF. The engineers of Yola have published a detailed explanation of the reason. (somewhere on this forum)
For the current versions of IE which don't show the shadowing and round corners, the rendering is still of good quality and is reproducible. Until IE adopt a similar strategy to other browsers then this is the effect.
