Hi llewellynlenard

I can confirm that when I try to open the first website of your account, lbsfreebies.yolasite.com, I'm being redirected to some other page. I can see that a lot of custom code has been added to both of your websites. The most likely reason for the redirect on your first website is that some of your custom code causes it.

It seems that the code responsible for the redirect is on your home page (index page), so your index page cannot be opened any more in your Sitebuilder, either, in order to remove the unwanted code. The only way to solve this problem is this:

You will need to try and open your website in the Sitebuilder and stop the loading when you can see your Sitebuilder, but before it redirects. You will need to be very quick to do that.

Once you have access to your Sitebuilder again, you will need to open a page different from your index page, and then save this page as your new index page. This will replace your current index page by the page you opened. I'm afraid that this means that your index page will be lost, but replacing it by a new page is the only way to get access to it again.

To avoid this in future it's best to carefully check any custom code for what it does before you add it to your Yola website, and, if in doubt, to check it on a test page first, so that you can delete this page if the code doesn't act as expected.

Please also note that Yola is for small businesses and for using our various Widgets to build a website. Adding custom code is an optional feature which is designed to be used as an addition to your main content.
