If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
I have renewed my membership, however it still say's on my site that one of my sites is going to expire in 14 day's, I have an email confirming that I renewed the site? for $44.95. I have Yola silver, when I went to set up a new site I had to pay another $44.95 why was this? please advise ASAP
I understand you are confused, and that's totally understandable. From what it sounds like, you have renewed your Yola Silver subscription.
When you renew Yola Silver you receive a custom domain credit. Your domain is not automatically renewed, because you have the freedom to use that domain credit to renew your domain, purchase another domain, or renew a different Yola-bought domain.
It does sound like you purchased a new domain, but did not redeem your domain credit to do so, which is why you were charged for it.
If you'd like to mail us on email@example.com, I will be happy to investigate this further for you.
